Make ahead Mashed Potatoes

5 lbs yukon gold potatoes

1 tbsp salt

5 tbsp butter, cut up

1 c chicken broth

salt & pepper to taste

1 pt whipping cream

Minced roasted garlic to taste

步驟

Cook potatoes, drain. Put back on heat, pour hot cream over.

Add butter & 1 c broth. Whip potatoes add more milk or cream if needed.

Pour potatoes into 9x13 pan. Refrigerate up to 4 days.

To reheat dot with butter. Cover with foil, warm in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
