1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined

½ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp salt

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley (for garnish)

How to Make It

Preheat & Prep:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper — no mess, no oil splatter.

Mix the Coating:

In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. This mix is your flavor-loaded, golden crunch base.

Coat the Shrimp:

Dip shrimp in melted butter, then toss in the breadcrumb mix until coated evenly. This is where that buttery garlic crust magic starts.

Bake or Air Fry:

Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden, crisp, and sizzling. You’ll smell the Parmesan magic before you see it.

Serve Hot:

Sprinkle with parsley or chives and serve with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce — garlic aioli, marinara, or sweet chili all work like a dream.
