Ingredients: I wasn’t sure whether I fancied making a Jungle Bird or a Clover Club for today’s post, so ended up throwing elements of both together and creating this really nice cocktail.; The angostura spray on top makes such a difference, definitely worthwhile trying!; Sláinte; JUNGLE CLUB:; 60ml Pineapple Rum; 30ml Lime Juice; 15ml Campari; 15ml Raspberry Syrup; Egg White or Vegan alternative; Garnish w Angostura Bitters
