No Added Sugar Apple Granola

100g oats
2 medium apples (grated)
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
30ml coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ginger powder
Pinch of salt 🧂

Grate the apples and transfer to a bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well until evenly combined.
Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Use a large tray so it spreads thinly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes.
Important: Stir 3–4 times while baking so the granola cooks evenly.
Be careful when opening the oven — there will be a lot of steam!
Perfect for a healthy, naturally sweet breakfast or snack!
