  • Peanut butter powder (with cocoa or without idk your tastes)

  • Apple or banana for sure

  • Some yoghurt (for added thickness but banana will work good for this as well)

  • If u need extra sweet, maybe maple syrup or honey fr

Throw it into a blender. That’s it.

Highly recommend, the peanut butter powder is pretty good for you + it’ll make it taste like a milk shake instead of a “healthy smoothie”. Always trick ur brain
