Grandmas Pecan Cookies

1 cup butter

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cup flour

1 cup chopped pecans

Confectioners sugar

Preheat 325.

Mix:

Cream the butter and sugar

Add Vanilla

Work in the flour and nuts

Tablespoons of dough on GREASED cookie sheets.

Bake for 30 minutes

When done, sprinkle with/roll in confectioners sugar.
