Easyyyy Peasy Gluten-free Almond Dutch Baby

4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free flour
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp almond extract (my fav part of this)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Plus:
2 tbsp butter for the skillet
步驟
Preheat oven to 450°F with a cast iron skillet inside (you want it nice and hot!)
Blend or whisk together eggs, milk, flour, melted butter, extracts, and salt until smooth.
Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven and add 2 tbsp butter. Let it melt until frothy.
Pour the batter into the hot, buttery skillet and bake for 17 minutes until puffed and golden.
Let cool slightly, it will naturally fall in the center
Top with whatever you love:
berries, powdered sugar, whipped cream, maple syrup, fresh herbs, etc!!!
