Miso Butter Salmon Bites

If you’re tired of the same salmon bites all over your feed, this is the one to try. Miso butter brings this rich, savory, umami flavor that hits completely different.

I had mine over my low carb garlic peanut noodles and honestly it might be my new favorite weeknight dinner.

The Miso Butter Sauce:

1 tbsp white miso paste

1 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp rice vinegar

1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger

1/2 tsp sesame oil

The Salmon:

12 oz salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes

Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk together the miso butter sauce until smooth.

Toss salmon cubes in the sauce until fully coated.

Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer.

400°F for 8 minutes.

Top with sliced green onion and toasted sesame seeds.

Ways to enjoy:

Over rice, in lettuce cups, in a wrap, or over low carb garlic peanut noodles like I did.
