1/4 cup Breadcrumbs (Italian used in video)
1 tbsp Olive oil
8 Flour tortillas (5”)
2 cups Iceberg lettuce (shredded)
1/4 cup Light mayonnaise by Hellmann’s
1/4 cup Miracle whip calorie wise mayo by Kraft
Fry chicken side down on medium heat for 3-4min
Flip to tortilla side and fry for another 1-2min
Finish with lettuce and mayos
