Honestly, making something half decent for under $10 is actually a bit of a challenge these days but these crispy rice paper dumplings just snuck in.

Crispy and golden on the outside, creamy in the middle, and stuffed with tuna, avo, red cabbage, rice, sriracha and a little bit of furikake.

They’re kind of a cross between a tuna and avocado sushi roll and a dumpling — crispy, budget-friendly, and ready in around 10 minutes. Perfect as a snack, lunch, or even a quick dinner.
