Lentil And Chicken Soup

400g chicken

240g red lentils

5-6 carrots, chopped

2L chicken stock (made with 2 stock cubes)

1 large leek, sliced

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

步驟

���Pop the chicken breasts into a pot and add 1L of chicken stock and simmer for 20 minutes

���Remove the chicken and shred with two forks

���Place the shredded chicken back in the pot

���Add the lentils, leek and carrots

Add another 1L of chicken stock

���Season with salt and pepper to taste

��Simmer for around 20 minutes until the lentils and vegetables are fully cooked
