Grilled Flank Steak with an Incredible Marinade!

3lb Flank Steak
Marinade
1/2C Olive Oil
1/2C Soy Sauce, reduced sodium
1/3C Balsamic Vinegar
Juice of 1 Lemon
2T Brown Sugar
2T Worcestershire Sauce
2T Dijon Mustard
1T Onion Powder & Garlic Powder
1tsp Paprika, Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Oregano, Rosemary, Coriander

Mix all ingredients together and marinade Flank Steak in container or zip lock. 30 minutes if you are in a rush, 12 hours if you are prepared. We did 4 hours as this idea for a Sunday dinner came to us after breakfast
Hot Charcoal Grill, we use Hasty Bake. Direct Heat for 5-7min per side. We pulled at 130 internal and let it rest for 10 minutes
Cut it down the middle with the grain, then smaller slices against the grain. Season with finishing salt and enjoy
