Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Puffs

2 (17.3 ounce) boxes puff pastry

2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped

1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 cup butter

2 tablespoons spicy ranch dressing

Thaw puff pastry according to package directions.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

In a large mixing bowl combine chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, bacon, jalapeños, ranch seasoning, salt and pepper and mix well until combined. Set aside.

Using a rolling pin, roll out a sheet of pastry puff on a lightly floured surface until smooth.

Cut pastry puff sheet into 9 squares.

Place a tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each square. Fold each square in half into a triangle and seal the edges using a fork. Repeat with remaining pastry puff sheets.

Place stuffed puffs onto prepared baking sheet and lightly brush the tops with butter.

Bake in the preheated oven until tops are golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.

Serve with spicy ranch dipping sauce.
