Cashew Brittle

3 C. cashews

2 C. slivered almonds

7/8 C. (14 Tbs.) pumpkin seeds

2 Tbs. poppy seeds

1/3 C. brown sugar

1/3 C. honey

1/3 C. maple sugar

2 ½ Tbs. vanilla

1 ¼ tsp. cinnamon

pinch nutmeg

pinch clove

pinch salt

1. Toast nuts 7 minutes at 350˚

2. Mix all other ingredients together and mix with nuts

3. Bake on parchment at 275˚ for 20 minutes

4. Allow to cool

5. Bake again at 275˚ for 12 minutes

6. Store in fridge
