LAZY DUMPLINGS

Lazy dumplings
300 g chicken minced
10 wonton leaves or gyoza wrappers
1/4 carrot, grated (omit for Kio)
½ spring onion, finely chopped
1 tl sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1tsp grated ginger
Toppings:
Crispy chili oil
Spring onion
Sesame seeds
Soy sauce
步驟
1. Knead the minced chicken, carrot, spring onion, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt and peper in a bowl. Roll into small balls.
2. Place in a frying pan (with a bit of oil if it’s not non-sticking), leaving space between each ball. Place a wonton or gyoza wrappers on top of each ball. Press them onto the balls and twist them a bit.
3. Drizzle extra oil on top and add 2 tbsp of water. Place the lit on top and steam them. Add 2 tbsp of water each time it has been obsorbed. Once the wrappers are done, let the water evaporate and fry the bottom of the dumplings.
4. Top with crispy chili oil, spring onion, sesame seeds and soy sauce.
