Egg whites, 1/2 cup, 125ml, 4 fl oz

Toppings I'd run

PB2 powder, 20g, 0.71 oz

Banana, 50g, 1.8 oz

SF Caramel topping

Blueberries 50g, 1.8 oz

SF Maple Syrup

Cinnamon, sprinkle

步驟

• Method Mix protein and egg whites until smooth. Pour thin into a non stick pan on medium heat. Cook 1-2 minutes each side. Keep it thin or it goes rubbery. Add toppings and fold.
