Crunchy Chocolate Chickpea Clusters

These crispy chocolate chickpea clusters are a perfect bite-sized treat!🙌🏼😋❤️

Crispy Chocolate Chickpea Clusters -

1 can Chickpeas (Garbanzo beans) drained, rinsed and patted dry.

1-2 tsp avocado oil

2 tsp Cinnamon

1 C dark chocolate chips

1 tsp coconut oil

1/2 C unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

1-2 Tbsp Roasted pumpkin seeds (optional)

Flaky sea salt

Drizzle rinsed and dried chickpeas with avocado oil and sprinkle with cinnamon. Air fry in preheated 400 degree air fryer for 30-35 mins. Toast coconut with chickpeas for last 2 minutes of cooking time. Melt dark chocolate with 1 tsp of coconut oil. free Toss roasted chickpeas and coconut flakes with chocolate and drop by tsp full onto parchment paper lined ls cookie sheet into small clusters. Top with whatever you like! Put in freezer to set up for at least 5 mins. Enjoy!

Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
