½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup melted dark or milk chocolate
¼ cup caramel sauce
¼ tsp flaky sea salt
Extra graham crumbs for topping

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and graham crumbs until thick and smooth.
Chill for 20 minutes, then shape into balls and freeze for another 20 minutes.
Dip each ball into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
Immediately sprinkle with graham crumbs before chocolate sets.
Drizzle with caramel sauce and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until firm and enjoy!
