Pear & Gorgonzola Stuffed Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 ripe yet firm pears, diced

4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Balsamic vinegar (optional)

步驟

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine diced pears, crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Slice open each chicken breast on one side to create a pocket and stuff them with the pear mixture.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired.
