Red Curry Dumpling Soup

minced garlic
2 tbsp veggie oil
2 tbsp Thai red curry paste (less if you don’t like spice)
1.5 cup coconut milk
2 cups bone broth
1 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp chili oil.
ginger to taste
garlic to taste
onion powder to taste
2 packs of udon noodles
10 frozen chicken dumplings
1 chopped bok choy.
Garnish with parsley flakes + crunchy garlic chili oil & enjoy!
步驟
Sauté 1 diced onion & minced garlic in veggie oil.
Add Thai red curry paste, coconut milk, water, soy sauce, fish sauce, & chili oil.
Stir in ginger, garlic, & onion powder to taste.
Add udon noodles, frozen chicken dumplings, & chopped bok choy.
Garnish with parsley flakes + crunchy garlic chili oil & enjoy!
