No flour, no fuss — just whip, bake, slice… and then pan-fry for the ultimate French toast moment 🧈🍞

What you’ll need: 👩🏻🍳

2 cups Greek yogurt (I used @siggisdairy cappuccino flavor, original recipe uses vanilla)

5 eggs

5 tbsp cornstarch

Maple syrup & cinnamon, to taste

Make it:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment (use clips to hold it in place).

Whisk yogurt, eggs, and cornstarch until smooth and creamy.

Pour into pan, remove clips, and bake 60 minutes, until the top is browned and the center is set.

Let cool completely in the pan before slicing (important!).

Serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar, or berries.

Next-level tip: Slice it and pan-fry in butter for an unreal French toast vibe. Enjoy!
