• 1-2 cans beef broth (I use 2 because
I like the broth
• 1 beefy onion soup mix (or au jus mix)
• baby carrots + sliced onion (to taste)
• baby red potatoes (I usually just get a potato kit, Little Potato Company brand)
• low carb hot dog buns (or other bun of choice)
• cheese of choice—l do thin sliced provolone

1. Salt/pepper your roast and put it in your crockpot (some people sear theirs first, but I don't)
2. Add 1/2 of your beefy onion seasoning packet directly over meat
3. Add carrots, potatoes, onion then the rest of your seasoning packet
4. Cover and cook on high for 6-8 hours or until meat is super tender and shreds apart very easily (longer if you cook on low)
5. Take this meat and add to low carb hot dog buns, add (optional A1 sauce) and cheese and bake on 400 for 5 or so minutes until bread is toasty and cheese has melted!
