Ingredients per 3 rolls:
Beef
4oz thinly sliced ribeye
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp phu quoc fish sauce
1/4 yellow onion, medium
1/2 tbsp lemongrass
1 tsp black pepper
1 second spray oil
Filling
3 ½ oz flat rice noodle sheet (banh pho tuoi brand)
1 carrot, medium
1 bunch of mint leaves
1 bunch of cilantro
4 large leaves of green leaf lettuce
Fish Sauce Dipping Sauce
2 ½ tbsp lime juice
1 clove diced garlic
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 small red chili pepper (Thai chili)
1/4 cup phu quoc fish sauce
How to make it yourself:

Thinly slice your onion & finely cut your carrots
In a bowl, add your meat, garlic, fish sauce, onion, lemon grass, black pepper, and mix well in a bowl
Lat your sheet of rice noodle and lay on top a few lettuce leaves, diced carrots, mint leaves, cilantro, and your beef
Roll it into a burrito
In a small bowl, mix lime juice, diced garlic, brown sugar, thai chili, and fish sauce
Dip your rolls into your fish sauce and enjoy!
