La Scala Salad With Beans

1 19 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 19 oz can white beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 bell peppers, diced
1 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup banana peppers, chopped
1/3 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
1 cup sliced salami
1/4 cup red wine vinegar ()
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbs oregano
1 tbs grainy mustard
1 pinch salt + Pepper

This is an easy recipe to assemble! Simply add all ingredients into a bowl and mix! Serve immediately or keep in the fridge. Will last for 3-5 days! Enjoy!
