Garlic Butter Steak Bites W/ Alfredo Pasta

2 Ibs ribeye, cut into 2-3 inch pieces

1 tbsp oil

3 tsp steak seasoning or

1/2 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper + 1 tbsp salt

3 tbsp butter

3-4 garlic cloves, minced

Season steak with oil seasonings. Sear on high heat for a few minutes on each side. Remove the pan. Melt butter and add garlic. Add steak bites back in. Coat in garlic butter.

Alfredo Sauce

Pasta of choice

4 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Season your shrimp and cook on medium high heat for 2-3 minutes, or until color changes. Remove from the pan. Melt butter on medium heat. Add garlic cloves and mix until fragrant. Pour heavy cream and season with Italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Let this simmer for a few minutes before lowering the heat & shredding Parmesan over top. Once thickened, add al dente pasta, steak, parmesan & parsley. Add pasta water as needed.
