GF Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

1 egg best at room temp

1/4 cup almond butter

3 tbsp coconut oil, melted and cooled

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp maple syrup

3/4 cup coconut sugar

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, cream together the almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, maple syrup and coconut sugar. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the chocolate chips. Form into cookies and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cookies have puffed up and are golden around the edges. Let cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar.
