Ingredients: • 1 ½ cups water • 1 cup raw cane sugar • 1 cup organic cocoa powder • Dash of vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine water, raw cane sugar, and cocoa powder.
2. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
3. Place over medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the syrup reaches your desired thickness.
5. Remove from heat and stir in a dash of vanilla extract.
6. Let cool before transferring to a glass jar or bottle.
Tip: The syrup will thicken more as it cools. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
