Baked Potato Salad

4 large Russet potatoes
8 slice(s) bacon
1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
1/2 cup(s) peppercorn ranch salad dressing
Chopped jalapeños
2 tablespoons, Siracha or to taste
- salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Garlic powder
2 bunch(es) green onions, chopped

Scrub the potatoes. Wrap in foil and bake for 45 - 60 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
Unwrap and cool in the refrigerator.
Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and cool.
Chop into small bits. Set aside.
Cut baked potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, ranch dressing, hot sauce, salt, pepper, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon.
Add the potatoes.
Gently mix potatoes and sour cream mixture.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Top with chopped green onions.
