CREAMY TACO CUPS

• 1 lb. lean beef • 1 taco seasoning packet (mixed with 1/4 cup water) • 1/2 can drained rotel • 4 laughing cow cheeses (or 1/2 block cream cheese) • 1/4 cup shredded cheese • 12 wonton or egg roll wrappers (l use the Frieda brand, from walmart)

1. Brown lean ground beef in a large skillet until cooked through, mix taco seasoning packet with water and combine with meat.
2. Add rotel, laughing cow cheese, and shredded cheese and stir until combined. It should look like a creamy taco dip at this point! (this is great as a burrito filling or with tortilla chips!)
3. Make your wonton cups by spraying each side of your wonton wrappers with cooking spray, then placing them over an UPSIDE DOWN muffin tin (so that your wrappers are molded over the top of the mounds) place in the oven on 375 for 5-7 minutes or until crisp.
