Easy Hummus

1 can chick peas
4 cloves garlic
Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup tahini
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Add chickpeas, garlic and lemon juice to food processor and process on high speed for five minutes. Do this in 30-second intervals so food processor doesn’t overheat.
Add tahini and process for another 30 seconds
Add paprika and sea salt and about 8 ice cubes and process about 2 minutes. Add more ice for desired consistency.
