5-ingredient Lemon Bar Bites

1 tube store-bought sugar cookie dough
1 jar blueberry jam
1 large jar lemon curd
Blueberries
Powdered sugar

Pop 1 tbsp of cookie dough into each cup in a mini muffin pan. Bake at 350℉ for 10 minutes or until just golden. Press the back of a measuring spoon into the dough to shape in into a cup. Remove from the pan and cool.
Place about 1 tsp of blueberry jam in each cup and then fill the rest with the lemon curd. Chill in the refrigerator for a couple hours so it can firm up a little.
Top with blueberries and garnish with powdered sugar.
