2-3 guajillo
2 ancho
1/2 c chile de árbol (about a large handful)
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (peeled)
2 c neutral oil
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp msg
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 corn tortilla
步驟
In a large skillet heat about 2c oil over medium heat.
Fry your garlic & tortillas in batches until golden brown.
Then fry your peppers. Followed by both seeds (separately). All of these are gonna fry for 15-20 seconds they’re gonna fry super quick!
Allow oil to cool a bit. Add everything to a blender with about 1 c of, onion powder, msg, 2 tsp salt, and pulse until you get a nice chunky texture. If it’s having a hard time blending slowly add in more oil.
Add to desired container, finish with vinegar, and adjust salt to taste.
Serve with literally anything and enjoy babe !
