1 apple, peeled and grated

1 egg

In a bowl place all the grated apple and egg and mix.

On a non sticky pan, heat some coconut oil or unsalted butter on medium heat.

Once warm, spoon in one tablespoon of the batter into the pan and using a spoon to spread out the mixture.

Fry fritter for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Let them cool a little before serving.

Suitable from 6 months.

Store cooled fritters in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For freezing, freeze fritters individually on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer bag. To reheat, heat in a pan or microwave until warmed through.
