Swedish Meatballs

1 bag of frozen meatballs
10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups of beef broth
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 tosp Steak Sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
1 tsp each of parsley flakes and onion powder
1 tbsp of minced garlic
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup of sour cream
12 oz bag egg noddles
步驟
Sauté onion until translucent in a large skillet or soup pot
Add all ingredients except for noodles, sour cream and meatballs.
Once sauce is hot and well combined, add meatballs and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile cook egg noodles for 7 minutes (done but firm)
Stir sour cream into sauce with meatballs then add cooked noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley.
