Ingredients: I was initially inspired by a White Lady cocktail for this one but a few steps from the original and using up some excess home curaçao and PH adjusted pineapple and we ended up with this! It’s tasty and fits the summery bill, I was a big fan!; Sláinte; ELECTRIC LADY:; 60ml Pineapple infused Gin; 20ml PH adjusted Pineapple Juice; 20ml Star Anise Syrup; 20ml Homemade Blue Curaçao; Egg White or Vegan Alternative
