cut sweet potato into 1/4" slices

soak in cold water to dissolve starch (optional), pat dry

sprinkle/sift with cornstarch to coat

arrange parallel on air fryer mesh basket without overlapping or touching

spray with oil

air fry super convection 400F for 10-12 minutes

season with kosher salt before serving
