One Thin & Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookie

2 tablespoons butter melted, cooled slightly
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Dash of fine table salt (half of 1/8 teaspoon is perfect)
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons mini semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350F convection.
Stir together all of the ingredients except for the chips, just until combined.
Stir in the chips.
Make one big scoop of dough and place it on the center of a parchment lined sheet pan.
Bake in the preheated oven 12-14 mins or until it has spread out and has a deep golden brown color.
Allow this cookie too cool
On the pan for 10 mins then use a spatula to carefully move the cookie to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled you can enjoy! The edges should be crispy and the center will be chewy. The flavor will be very buttery!
