1 pkt meatballs from supermarket

Jar bolognese sauce (Aldi is good)

1 t sugar (brown preferable but white ok)

1 packet Woolworth extra soft jumbo hotdog rolls (or equivalent)

Sliced cheese (jarlsberg or cheddar)

步驟

Cook meatballs in frypan until done.

Drain on paper towel if needed.

In the meantime, heat some of the bolognese sauce in a saucepan, adding sugar to take away any bitterness.

Add meatballs to sauce, to absorb flavours.

Slice bread rolls open and butter.

Cut 1 slice on cheese into 4 triangles and line a bread roll.

Add meatballs on top.
