3 pints cherry tomatoes
Coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, and put on separate baking sheets
Roast til tender, then add
1 oz white wine
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 c olive oil
Pinch chili flakes, pinch salt, pinch pepper
1 c chiffonade basil leaves
1 c chopped parsley
2 tbsp roughly chopped capers
