Guacamole Shrimp Bites

20 mini tortilla cups

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 ripe avocados

1 tbsp lime juice

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp cilantro, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp chili powder

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper, to taste

How to Prepare It

Make the Guac Base

Mash avocados with lime juice, red onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper until creamy but slightly chunky — bright, zesty base for every bite.

Season the Shrimp

Toss shrimp with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. This gives you a quick, spicy edge that balances the creamy guac.

Cook the Shrimp

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and lightly golden. Let cool slightly, then you can leave them whole or cut in half for easier bites.

Fill the Tortilla Cups

Spoon guacamole into each mini tortilla cup, almost to the top — crunchy shell + creamy filling = perfect texture combo.

Top & Garnish

Place one shrimp on each cup, garnish with extra cilantro, and serve immediately for maximum crunch.
