Mother Lisa’s Sticky Wings Recipe

For the chicken
3 lbs chicken wings
1 egg
1 cup flour
For the Sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp water
1 cup white sugar
½ cup vinegar
½ tsp salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
步驟
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Coat the wings: Dip each wing into the beaten egg, then dredge in flour until evenly coated.
Brown the wings: Heat a large skillet (or electric frying pan) with a little oil. Brown the wings on all sides until golden (they don’t need to be fully cooked through at this stage.)
Make the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, salt, and Worcestershire until sugar dissolves.
Bake with sauce: Transfer browned wings to a baking dish, pour sauce evenly over them, and bake uncovered for 45–60 minutes, turning once after about 20 minutes.
Serve hot
