1½ cups warm carbonated water

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp active dry yeast

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

1½ tsp salt

3–4 cups flour

Your favorite pizza toppings

In a large bowl, mix the carbonated water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy and activated.

Add the salt and 3 cups of flour, mixing to form a shaggy dough. Add more flour as needed.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then add the olive oil and knead until smooth and elastic (another 1–2 minutes).

Cover with plastic wrap or a towel and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size (about 1 to 1½ hours).

Once risen, divide the dough in half. Then divide each half into 5 equal pieces (you’ll make 2 flower pizzas, each with 5 petals).

Roll each piece into a teardrop shape to form your petals. Arrange 5 petals in a flower shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Add sauce, cheese, and toppings to the center and petals—go as classic or creative as you like.

Bake at 475°F for about 10 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

Serve warm and pull apart like a bouquet of deliciousness 💐🍕
