600g chicken breast
200g basmati rice (uncooked weight)
1 onion
1 red pepper
100ml coconut milk
150g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
100g peas
300ml boiling water with chicken stock
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chilli powered (optional)
Salt & pepper
Cook for 60mins at 180 degrees
