CARAMELIZED VEGGIES

• thin sliced onions and/or mushrooms • spray oil of choice • soy sauce, broth, or water • garlic, salt, pepper
步驟
1. Slice your veggies thin, and add to a skillet misted with nonstick spray (I use avocado oil), medium heat.
2. Sauté veggies until they begin to soften/brown. If they begin to brown too quickly, turn heat down and add a splash of liquid (you can use a splash of water, broth, or soy sauce). Stir and repeat if needed.
3. Continue to cook until veggies are very soft and deep brown colored. You can add a lid to help speed the process up a bit
4. Once they are soft, add minced garlic, salt/pepper. Stir, then remove from heat.
