Easy Crab Sushi Rice Balls

Perfect for sushi at home!

4 imitation crab sticks shredded

1 cup cooked rice ( calrose rice)

1.5 tablespoons mayo (kewpie )

1.5 tablespoons sriracha sauce

3 stalks green onions sliced One packet Nori seaweed paper crumbled

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Optional you can mix in :

1 tablespoon white toasted sesame

1 teaspoon black sesame seeds

For toppings Furikake seasoning and Jalapeño

Cook rice (you can use any type if sushi rice ) and cool

Add first eight items and form medium size balls.

Soy sauce can be added before making the balls or top with soy sauce after, it's your choice

4. Optional toppings are furikake and jalapeño.
