Healthy Air Fryer Apple Dessert

1 apple

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup of low-calorie vanilla ice cream

步驟

cut 1 apple into 2 halves

remove the center of each apple halve

mix the maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract together then brush the mixture onto the apple halves

add both apple halves to an air fryer

air fry at 385F for 12-15 minutes

serve with low-calorie ice cream
