Sweet Glazed Baked Salmon

4 salmon fillets

2 cloves garlic, grated

1 tbls ginger, grated

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup plus one tbls sweet Thai chili sauce

2 tols sesame oil

1 or 2 tbsp chili crunch, depending on on how spicy you want it

Juice of one lime

Sesame seeds and chopped scallions to garnish

步驟

Preheat oven to 400F. In a bowl, combine garlic, ginger, sesame oil, sweet Thai chili sauce, chili crunch and lime juice. Stir till combined. Place the salmon in a baking dish and your sauce over making sure it's evenly coated. Let marinate for 20 minutes.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets and vou preference of cooking time, until
