1️⃣ Carne Asada Marinade
Best cuts: Skirt or flank steak
For 1½–2 lbs beef:
¼ cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup orange juice
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp chili powder
1½ tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp oregano
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Optional: chopped cilantro
How to Use:
Whisk ingredients together. Pour over beef in a zip-top bag, remove air, and coat well.

Marinate at least 30 minutes (best 2–8 hours, max 12).
Grill or sear over high heat, rest 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
Great for: tacos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, lettuce wraps
Freezer tip: Freeze beef in marinade up to 2 months.
Korean-Style Bulgogi Marinade
Best cuts: Ribeye, sirloin, flank, or chuck (thinly sliced)
For 1½ lbs beef:
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar or honey
¼ cup grated pear or apple
1 small grated onion
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp grated ginger (optional)
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar (optional)
1 tsp black pepper
Sesame seeds + green onions (optional)
How to Use:
Mix until sugar dissolves. Marinate beef 30 minutes to 12 hours.
Cook quickly over high heat (2–3 minutes per side) until caramelized.
Serve with: steamed rice, lettuce wraps, rice bowls, tacos
Freezer tip: Freeze raw beef + marinade up to 2 months.
Soy Garlic Beef Marinade
Best cuts: Flank, sirloin, skirt, or chuck
For 1½ lbs beef:
⅓ cup soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar or honey
2 tbsp oil
4–5 garlic cloves
1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp black pepper
Sesame seeds (optional)
How to Use:
Whisk, pour over beef, seal, and massage.
Marinate 30 minutes to 12 hours.
Sear or grill over high heat until browned and glossy.
Perfect for rice bowls, stir-fries, wraps, or sliders.
Freeze up to 2 months.
Classic Steakhouse Marinade
Best for: Ribeye, strip, sirloin, T-bone, porterhouse
For 2–3 steaks:
⅓ cup olive oil
¼ cup soy sauce (or Worcestershire)
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp balsamic or red wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves
