8 oz elbow macaroni
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
Step 2: Mix Cheese Sauce
In a blender or bowl, combine cottage cheese, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend or whisk until smooth. Stir in shredded cheddar.
Step 3: Combine and Transfer
Mix cooked pasta with cheese sauce until well coated. Pour into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
