High Protein Chicken Fries (Air Fryer) 🍗
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with protein — perfect for meal prep or a high-protein snack.

What You Need (Makes 4 Servings):
1 ½ lbs (680g) chicken breast, cut into fry-sized strips
2 large eggs
1 tbsp (15ml) water
1/2 cup (30g) @fit.flour (code: shredz) or oat flour
1 ½ cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (45g)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt

Spray oil (avocado oil spray works great)
How to Cook
Whisk eggs with water.
Mix flour, cornflakes, Parmesan, and seasonings.
Dip chicken into egg, then coat evenly in breading.
Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
